General Eligibility: The Client Referral Program is open to all individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years of age. To participate, individuals must have a legitimate connection to Masterform, either as a current client, an affiliate, or through a personal or professional network. Businesses, contractors, influencers, or other professional individuals with a relevant network or audience may also participate as long as they meet the age requirement.

Referral Definition: A referral is defined as a new client who has been introduced to Masterform Contracting and who subsequently signs a contract for services. The referral must be tracked through the referral form provided on the Affiliate Page.

Referral Reward: Referrers will receive a commission based on the project's value once the referred client successfully makes payment for services provided by Masterform.

Referral Validity: A referral is considered successful once the referred client makes a full payment for services, and the payment has cleared with no disputes or chargebacks.

Referral Method: Referrals must be submitted through the referral form provided to ensure that they are tracked properly and qualify for rewards.

Payment Schedule: Referral rewards will be paid out monthly via bank transfer, provided that the referred client’s payment has cleared and is final.

Exclusions:

• Referrals for clients who are already in our database or who have worked with us in the past [e.g., 12 months] are not eligible.

• Referrals that involve fraudulent, misrepresented, or abusive activity (including multiple referrals for the same client, fake referrals, or referrals involving conflicted interests) will not be considered.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse: Masterform Contracting reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in fraudulent or abusive referral activity. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting fake referrals or attempting to manipulate the program.

Program Modifications: Masterform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice, and to change the reward structure or eligibility criteria.

Limitations: Referral rewards may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Masterform, and rewards are non-transferable.

Privacy & Data Use: By participating in the referral program, you consent to Masterform Contracting, collecting and using your personal information as necessary to manage the program. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying referral details and processing payouts.

Acceptance: By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
